Job summary

KRISHLOGIX GLOBAL SHIPPING LLC is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Leader in the UAE to drive branch performance across freight forwarding sectors. You will oversee daily operations, nurture key client relationships and lead a team focused on revenue growth and KPI targets.

The role requires deep market knowledge of the UAE freight forwarding scene, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of delivering customer-focused logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics.
• Proven experience in branch management, sales and business development.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/Dubai freight forwarding market.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations, sales and profitability.
• Develop new business and maintain key customer relationships.
• Handle Sea, Air, Road Freight Import/Export and Customs Clearance.
• Manage and motivate the sales operations team.
• Monitor branch revenue, gross profit, collections and KPIs.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters and overseas agents.
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth shipment execution.
