Job summary
KRISHLOGIX GLOBAL SHIPPING LLC in Dubai seeks a proven Branch Manager to lead operations, sales and profitability for the UAE region. You will develop new business, maintain key customer relationships, and oversee Sea, Air and Road freight, import/export and customs clearance processes.
The role requires 8+ years in Freight Forwarding/Logistics, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of the UAE market. Driving licence and local contacts are advantageous for success.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics.
- Proven experience in branch management, sales and business development.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE/Dubai freight forwarding market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- UAE market contacts and driving licence will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations, sales and profitability.
- Develop new business and maintain key customer relationships.
- Handle Sea, Air, Road Freight Import/Export and Customs Clearance.
- Manage and motivate the sales operations team.
- Monitor branch revenue, gross profit, collections and KPIs.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters and overseas agents.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth shipment execution.
