Job summary

National Bank of Fujairah (NBF) in Abu Dhabi seeks a Branch Manager to drive performance by hitting sales and service targets, while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk controls. You will lead, develop, and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of operational excellence.

The role focuses on asset/liability growth, relationship management, cross-selling, staff development, and adherence to Emiratisation objectives.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years banking experience with 5 years in sales/service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of local banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch targets for assets, liabilities, revenue and profitability.
• Drive sales growth through new customer acquisition and cross selling.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor and optimize risk management and internal control frameworks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address complaints promptly.
• Oversee branch operations, teller services, cash management and security.
• Maintain BCP readiness and audit readiness within the branch.
• Lead, develop and motivate branch employees through performance management.
