Norconsult Telematics Limited in Dubai is seeking a Business Excellence Lead to drive end-to-end process management, optimise operations, and introduce automation.

You will set standards, mentor a BPM engineer, and partner with IT to deliver cross-functional redesigns leveraging BPMN, RPA, and digital workflows.

The role emphasises governance, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement across telecom or related infrastructure contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or information systems.
• 8–10 years in business process engineering or BPM, with 3–4 years in a lead role.
• Fluent in Arabic writing, reading, and speaking.
• Authoritative hands-on experience across full BPM lifecycle: AS-IS, TO-BE, modelling, validation, implementation, integration.
• Hands-on with at least one BPMN 2.0/BPMS tool (Bizagi, ARIS, Pega, Appian, Camunda).
• Experience with RPA and intelligent automation concepts.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to understand operations and objectives.
• Review and approve AS-IS process docs for accuracy, completeness, and standards.
• Define TO-BE architecture with BPMN and continuous improvement focus.
• Establish BPMN standards and quality benchmarks for the team.
• Lead process design in BPMN tools across cross‑functional architectures.
• Own gap analysis outputs aligned with business goals.
• Identify and lead automation/RPA opportunities and digitisation value.
• Drive digitisation of manual processes and digital workflows.
• Oversee implementation, go-live, and post‑implementation review.
• Define integration requirements with enterprise systems with IT collaboration.
• Establish governance, ownership, and RACI models.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs at program level.
• Build reusable library of process assets, templates, standards.
• Guide and review work of the Business Process Engineer.
