• Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and uphold Buccellati’s standards of excellence.
• Coach and develop the Boutique Team to enhance selling ceremonies, client development, and service etiquette.
• Lead CRM strategy and clienteling to build long-term relationships and drive client retention.
• Oversee on-floor presence, client engagement, and adherence to brand heritage and values.
• Prepare monthly schedules and support administrative tasks as requested by the Boutique Manager.
