Job summary

BVLGARI, part of LVMH, seeks a boutique associate to support the Boutique Manager in driving performance and profitability. You will develop business through clienteling, motivate the team, and uphold the BVLGARI credo in all interactions.

With a focus on luxury selling, CRM-driven client care, and brand standards, you will act as an ambassador for the Maison inside and outside the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of luxury retail and clienteling best practices.
• Proven selling skills in high-end boutiques or luxury brands.
• Experience coaching team members and motivating staff.
• Strong communication and conversation capabilities with clients.
• Familiarity with store procedures and CRM tools for customer care.

Responsibilities

• Assist Boutique Manager in driving boutique performance and profitability.
• Develop business through clienteling and superior service.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.
• Represent the Maison and BVLGARI credo inside and outside the boutique.
• Ensure adherence to store procedures and CRM processes.
