Christian Dior Couture is seeking an Operations Manager for the Abu Dhabi Boutique. You will work with the Boutique Manager to handle day-to-day non-selling functions, including payroll, personnel, POS, accounting, and loss prevention, while guiding Customer Service and Shipping/Receiving staff.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and timely decision-making to optimize store operations and protect company assets. Full-time, on-site position with a focus on operational excellence.

Formación

• 5+ years of retail store management or operations experience.
• Experience in payroll management and staff scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple back-of-house functions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee compliance with Company policies and standards.
• Train and manage associates in operations tasks.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and payroll budgeting.
• Monitor receiving, transfers, and RTVs to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure security and safety compliance of facilities.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts as directed.
• Coordinate with central distribution and inventory control.
• Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
• Set up and organize back-of-house operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Recruitment support and onboarding of new staff.
• Provide outstanding service to customers and problem-solve as needed.
