Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service and apply luxury sales techniques to meet targets. You will handle stock replenishment, promotions, and cash handling, while building strong client relationships and brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business Administration, minimum 3 years in retail (luxury preferred), excellent communication, and a passion for fashion. Flexibility for varied hours is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail industry; luxury industry is preferable.
• Pleasant and great grooming.
• Strong communication skills.Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry.
• Outstanding customer service.
• Manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility with work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annually by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Responsible on building and maintaining relationships with customers in order to build strong loyalty, through regular use of client book.
• Focus on selling and up selling.
• Communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs and meet or exceed their expectations.
• Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display maintenance and stock rotation and participate in inventories.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
• Participate in store meetings and training seminars
