Job summary

The Grove Abu Dhabi, part of LVMH, seeks a Department Manager to drive sales and operations for Women or Men categories. You will partner with Boutique Manager to achieve business targets, develop client relationships, and uphold Christian Dior Visual Standards while promoting brand values.

Responsibilities include coaching, performance reviews, inventory control, and recruitment to build a top-performing team. A luxury retail background and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 2 years of management, in a luxury product setting.
• Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
• Demonstration of own initiative.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and operations functions for Women or Men product categories within the Boutique to achieve sales targets.
• Support and align with key business initiatives and new product launches.
• Monitor KPI performance and strategize when standards are not met.
• Develop sales for designated product category and client segment.
• Coaching and monitoring productivity, client development, and cross-selling.
