Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Back of House, Stewarding, or Operations Manager role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (HACCP, OSHA, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all back-of-house functions including stewarding and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all BOH areas.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste.
• Lead, train, and manage BOH staff for high performance.
• Develop work schedules and assign tasks.
• Work closely with culinary and housekeeping teams.
