Job summary

AlphaMind Group seeks a proactive BOH Officer to oversee the smooth operation of back-of-house areas across its Cafe KIRA and related venues in Dubai. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, storage management, and efficient workflows in kitchens and stewarding, while supporting purchasing and cost-control initiatives.

The role requires 3–4 years in BOH/stewarding, a Hospitality diploma or degree, HACCP knowledge, and strong English communication to coordinate with culinary teams and outlet staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–4 years of Back of House / Stewarding experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily back-of-house activities, including kitchen porters, stewards and cleaners.
• Ensure kitchen and storage areas are clean, safe and organized.
• Maintain workflow logistics between storage, prep and service areas; support cost control.
• Maintain BOH records, schedules, and safety logs; participate in meetings.
