Job summary

Sundus is seeking a BMS Technician to install, commission, and troubleshoot building management systems across Dubai, UAE. The role requires ensuring installations align with drawings, logging deviations, and performing preventive maintenance to guarantee reliable operation.

The candidate should have a Diploma or ITI with relevant field experience, focusing on BMS, EMS, LCS, GRMS, and BTU systems. On-site work with strict adherence to safety and security procedures is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI with relevant field and years of exposure.
• Ability to install, commission, and troubleshoot BMS/EMS systems.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, commissioning, and troubleshooting equipment per orders.
• Ensure installations follow approved drawings and schematics.
• Log deviations and escalate to prevent bottlenecks.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Maintain service records and monitor equipment performance.
• Follow industry and local security processes.
• Ensure project schedules are met.
• Familiarity with BMS, EMS, LCS, GRMS, BTU systems.

Job Summary

• Install, Perform Commissioning, and troubleshooting activities of equipment in accordance with detailed instructions and work orders.
• Ensure installations are carried out as per approved layout drawings and schematics.
• Log deviations between drawings and site conditions and escalation early resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks.
• Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure that the systems continue to perform reliably.
• Maintain accurate service records and monitor the performance of equipment, notifying engineers of recurring problems.
• Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed.
• Ensure schedules finish on time to meet commitments.
