Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience operating BMS in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Proficient in HVAC, building automation, and facility operations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with energy management and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of multiple BMS platforms (Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens).
• BMS certification or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate BMS platforms to ensure HVAC, lighting, and security systems run continuously.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Respond to alarms, troubleshoot, and implement fixes.
• Keep logs of operations, maintenance, incidents, and anomalies.
• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to resolve issues.
• Generate reports on performance and energy consumption.
• Ensure safety protocols and building management procedures are followed.
• Assist in system upgrades and documentation management.
• Maintain records of configurations, passwords, and technical documentation.
