Job summary

Agile Consultants in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Service Engineer – Building Management System (BMS) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, commissioning, and servicing of BMS, LCS, and GRMS. The candidate will ensure reliable operation of building automation systems and promptly respond to service requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in BMS service and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of BMS, LCS and GRMS systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS, LCS, GRMS.
• Troubleshoot faults and diagnose issues in building automation systems.
• Test, commission and verify BMS, LCS and GRMS installations.
• Monitor alarms and system health to ensure reliability.
• Respond promptly to service requests and uphold SLAs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance reports and logs.
• Log faults and resolutions; suggest corrective actions.
• Coordinate material requirements for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, local regulations and standards.
• Support related Life Safety, Security, AV, ICT, ELV and HVAC systems as required.
