Qualifications

• Eligible to work as a registered nurse with relevant regulatory authority.
• Maintain professional licensure.
• Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written).
• Wamiliarity with inter-professional teamwork and clinical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and families about health conditions.
• Assess patient needs and implement/monitor medical plans with the care team.
• Perform systematic patient assessments and data collection.
• Record vital signs and monitor for abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side effects.
• Assist in invasive and non-invasive procedures as needed.
• Facilitate safe admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
