NMC Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver and coordinate comprehensive patient care with a focus on safety, compassion, and patient advocacy in Abu Dhabi. The role requires collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals to implement care plans and monitor treatment outcomes.

Essential licensure to practice as a registered nurse, BLS certification, and the ability to work across departments are required.

Formación

• Must communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Evidence ability to work as part of an inter-professional team.
• Organizational and administrative skills for EMR/documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate patient care, educating patients and the public about health conditions.
• Assess and identify patients' needs and implement treatment plans with the care team.
• Perform systematic patient assessment, re-assessment and data collection.
• Record vital signs and address abnormalities.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Facilitate safe admission, transfer and discharge processes.
