Neo Legal, a Dubai-based law firm, seeks an on-site Associate Lawyer to support partners on corporate, blockchain, and commercial matters. You will draft and review contracts, governance policies, and regulatory filings, while conducting legal research and preparing opinions."

Fluency in Chinese and strong English skills are required to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and manage bilingual documents in cross-border engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills; experience preparing contracts, legal opinions, and transaction documents.
• Knowledge of corporate and commercial law; familiarity with blockchain, Web3, or technology-related regulations is beneficial.
• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) and strong proficiency in English; ability to work with bilingual documents and international clients.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills; ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• High attention to detail, organization, and time management; ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team with ethics, discretion, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist partners on corporate, blockchain, and commercial matters; draft and review contracts and transaction documents.
• Prepare and review governance frameworks and compliance policies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions and memoranda.
• Assist with regulatory filings and client meetings; manage case files.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and authorities; ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Support cross-border matters involving Chinese jurisdictions and bilingual documents.
