Job summary

Neo Legal Consultancy FZ LLC in Dubai seeks a full-time Associate Lawyer to support partners on corporate, blockchain, and commercial matters. You will draft and review contracts, governance policies, and regulatory filings, and conduct legal research for bilingual client matters.

Fluency in Chinese and strong English skills are required to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients, review bilingual documents, and manage cross-border work involving UAE and international jurisdictions.

Qualifications

Experience drafting and reviewing contracts, transaction documents, governance frameworks and compliance policies.
Strong legal research, memorandum preparation, and regulatory filings.
Comfort liaising with bilingual clients and multi-jurisdictional teams.

Responsibilities

Support partners in corporate, blockchain and commercial matters.
Draft, review and negotiate contracts and governance documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare opinions and memoranda.
Coordinate with authorities and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
Attend client meetings and manage case files with discretion and professionalism.
