Qualifications

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Lawyer role based in Dubai. The Associate Lawyer will support partners in advising clients on corporate, blockchain, and commercial matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, transaction documents, governance frameworks, and compliance policies. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing legal opinions and memoranda, assisting with regulatory filings, and participating in client meetings. The role involves managing case files, coordinating with external stakeholders and authorities, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Fluency in Chinese will be used to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients, review bilingual documents, and support cross-border matters involving Chinese jurisdictions.
