Neo Legal Consultancy FZ LLC in Dubai seeks a full-time Associate Lawyer to support partners on corporate, blockchain, and commercial matters. You will draft and review contracts, governance policies, and regulatory filings, and conduct legal research for bilingual client matters.

Fluency in Chinese and strong English skills are required to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients, review bilingual documents, and manage cross-border work involving UAE and international jurisdictions.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Associate Lawyer role based in Dubai. The Associate Lawyer will support partners in advising clients on corporate, blockchain, and commercial matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, transaction documents, governance frameworks, and compliance policies. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing legal opinions and memoranda, assisting with regulatory filings, and participating in client meetings. The role involves managing case files, coordinating with external stakeholders and authorities, and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality work. Fluency in Chinese will be used to liaise with Chinese‑speaking clients, review bilingual documents, and support cross‑border matters involving Chinese jurisdictions.

Skills

• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills, with experience preparing contracts, legal opinions, and transaction documents.
• Knowledge of corporate and commercial law; familiarity with blockchain, Web3, or technology‑related regulations is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) and strong proficiency in English; ability to work with bilingual documents and international clients.
