Job summary

Tanqeeb invites applications for a senior Drilling/Workover Engineer to lead integrated project teams on the Biogenic Shallow Gas program. You will oversee drilling plans, AFEs, and KSAs, coordinating with exploration and production staff to align with development objectives.

The role requires 8+ years in drilling/operations, UAE exposure, and familiarity with new technologies (UBD/MPD/CTD/ERD). Proficiency in Landmark or similar software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years related experience in Drilling / Workover Engineering and Operations.
• Experience with OPCOs, preferably in UAE.
• Experience in drilling new technologies (UBD, MPD, CTD, ERD).
• Proficient in drilling software; Landmark preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Drilling Integrated Project Management teams to execute ADNOC Biogenic Gas wells.
• Endorse and approve drilling programs and AFEs.
• Define Full Field Development Plans and exploration requirements with engineers and petrophysicists.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company policies; manage budgets and performance.
