Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Senior Drilling Engineer to set and manage Lump Sum turnkey campaign scope for Biogenic Shallow Gas projects in the UAE. You will lead integrated project management teams across exploration, drilling, and service providers, ensuring alignment with plans and budgets.

You will endorse drilling programs, manage AFE approvals, and collaborate with engineers to define development plans, while guiding safety, cost control, and performance improvements across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Report and update drilling and well operations activities to ensure conformity with plan and program.
• Lead and direct drilling integrated project management teams to execute ADNOC Exploration Biogenic Gas wells in line with plans.
• Endorse and approve drilling programs and AFE for subjected wells.
• Define Full Field Development Plans and exploration requirements with engineers and specialists.
• Advise Exploration Function on drilling planning, prognosis, and technical requirements.
• Plan, supervise and coordinate activities in the assigned area to meet objectives.
