Job summary

Duruper is seeking an experienced Binder in Dubai to perform manual and machine-assisted binding operations, assembling printed materials to meet customer specifications and daily targets.

You will set up and operate binding machines, inspect finished products for quality, and coordinate with printing and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of binding operations experience.
• Knowledge of binding techniques: perfect, saddle stitch, spiral, and manual.
• Basic understanding of binding tools and finishing processes.
• Ability to follow job instructions and schedules.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Set up and operate binding machines, ensuring proper alignment and smooth operation.

• Inspect finished products for binding accuracy, neatness, durability, and overall quality.

• Identify and report defects, incorrect assembly, or machine-related issues to the supervisor.

• Maintain binding tools, machines, and equipment in good working condition.

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety standards.

• Coordinate with printing and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs.

• Meet daily production targets while minimizing material wastage and maintaining quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements
