The role involves assisting machine operators, maintaining product quality, handling finished materials, and supporting packing and dispatch preparation while following workplace safety and housekeeping standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with machine setup, adjustment, and preparation before production begins.

• Load raw materials and components into machines as instructed and ensure the required materials are available.

• Support machine operation and monitor production output to maintain a continuous workflow.

• Observe finished products for visible defects, inconsistencies, or finishing issues and report them to the machine operator or supervisor.

• Assist with unloading, sorting, stacking, and transferring finished products to the designated areas.

• Support packing, labelling, and handover activities as per production requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization around machines, workstations, and production areas.

• Follow operational instructions, workplace safety procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Report machine abnormalities, material shortages, and production issues to the concerned supervisor.

• Assist the production team in meeting daily targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• High school qualification or diploma.

• 1-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
