Job summary

Al Ghurair seeks an operator for finishing machines to set up and run Kolbus, Muller Martini and related equipment in our Dubai facility. You will ensure binding, stitching, folding and cutting meet required specs and quality standards.

Regular visual and manual inspections followed by proactive maintenance are expected. Experience with die cutting, foiling, embossing and Brausee folder gluer lines is preferred, as is the ability to upscale mechanical issues to the maintenance team to minimize

Qualifications

• Operate finishing machinery including Kolbus binders and Muller Martini equipment.
• Set up, configure and run die cutting, foiling, embossing, folder gluer and bag fabrication lines.
• Monitor binding strength, stitching accuracy, fold precision and cutting alignment.
• Perform visual and manual quality checks against standards.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and routine cleaning to prevent downtime.

Set up and operate various finishing machines including Kolbus perfect binders, Muller Martini saddle stitchers, folding machines, sewing , and Wholemberg gathering machines,cutting machines.

Set up and Configure Automatic die cutting, foiling, embossing, Brausee folder gluer and Bag fabrication machines (Champion) based on job specs and material typeMonitor output for binding strength, stitching accuracy, fold precision, and cutting alignment

Conduct visual and manual checks to ensure product meets quality standardPerform routine cleaning, Follow the preventive maintenance schedule

Identify and upscale mechanical issues or misfeeds to the foreman or maintenance team
