Career Raiser seeks a BIM Senior Architect in Dubai to lead BIM implementation for diverse projects, ensuring consultants deliver BIM-enabled designs in line with local authorities and client requirements. You will develop in-house BIM capabilities across the technical group, mentor BIM staff, and oversee BIM team delivery while assisting with consultant proposals and BIM training.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as BIM Manager with solid BIM capabilities.
• Solid experience with BIM platforms and software.
• Experience delivering BIM-enabled projects in line with local authorities and client requirements.

• Manage and develop BIM implementation for the technical group and ensure consultants deliver BIM-enabled projects per requirements.
• Assist with preparing consultant proposals and manage BIM-related delivery of designs.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPOSIBILITIES

• The BIM Senior Architect is required to manage and develop the Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation for client for the technical group. This will involve ensuring design consultants deliver BIM enabled projects in accordance with Local Authorities and Client's requirements as well as developing inhouse BIM capability across the technical group in consideration of the various roles and responsibilities of the various staff of projects.
• The BIM Senior Architect will also need to assist with preparing consultant proposals as well as managing the BIM related delivery of the design of various projects.
• The BIM Senior Architect will be responsible for the BIM training of staff appropriate to their level of involvement with BIM.
• The BIM Senior Architect will also be directly responsible for any BIM team members under his/her direct reporting responsibility.
• The BIM Senior Architect should have recent solid experience as a BIM Senior Architect with one of the international consultants and sound technical capabilities and knowledge in BIM platforms and software.

Education

• Tertiary degree in Architecture

Experience

• 3-5 years experience and with recent solid experience as a BIM Manager and sound capabilities in BIM Software
