Career Raiser in Dubai seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead the BIM implementation for client projects within the technical group. You will ensure design consultants deliver BIM-enabled projects and align with local authority requirements.

You will develop in-house BIM capability across staff roles, mentor the team, and oversee BIM training. The role also involves coordinating with designers and managing BIM resources and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in Architecture is required.
• 10-15 years of BIM management experience with hands-on BIM exposure.
• Experience with leading BIM teams and coordinating with design consultants.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPOSIBILITIES

• The BIM manager is required to lead, manage and develop the Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation for client for the technical group. This will involve ensuring design consultants deliver BIM enabled projects in accordance with Local Authorities and our clients requirements as well as developing inhouse BIM capability across the technical group in consideration of the various roles and responsibilities of the various staff of projects.


• The BIM manager will also assist with preparing consultant proposals as well as managing the BIM related delivery of the design of various projects.


• The BIM manager will be responsible for the BIM training of staff appropriate to their level of involvement with BIM.


• The BIM Manager will also be directly responsible for any BIM team members under his/her direct reporting responsibility.


• The BIM Manager should have recent solid experience as a BIM Manager with one of the international consultants and sound technical capabilities and knowledge in BIM platforms and software.

• Tertiary degree in Architecture

Experience

• 10-15 years experience and with recent hands on experience as a BIM Manager and sound capabilities in BIM Software
