Job summary

Vanderlande Industries B.V. is seeking a BIM Manager to lead project BIM activities, ensure quality and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan, and coordinate design and construction models.

The role requires strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, with BIM certifications preferred and 3–5 years of BIM management experience. You will guide project teams, facilitate BIM meetings, and ensure proper classification of spaces/equipment in models, aligning with MFD projections and BEP

Qualifications

• Graduate in relevant engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience as BIM Manager for Lead Appointed Party or Appointed Party.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate BIM progress and quality.
• Produce BIM Execution Plan aligned with customer requirements and standards.
• Ensure development and compliance with the approved BIM Execution Plan.
• Coordinate BIM file exchanges and milestone submittals.
• Coach and mentor project teams on BIM best practices.
