Job summary

Gardinia Contracting, a key unit within Azizi Developments, seeks an experienced BIM Modeler – Irrigation to create accurate 3D irrigation BIM models for UAE landscape and infrastructure projects. You will work across landscape, civil, and MEP disciplines, translating 2D designs into coordinated 3D models and ensuring compliance with UAE standards.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Diploma in Civil/Landscape/Irrigation engineering or related field.
3–5 years of BIM Modeler experience with irrigation systems for UAE projects.
Proficiency in Revit (MEP/Landscape), AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
Familiarity with UAE standards and BEP/ISO 19650 workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D BIM models for irrigation networks (pipes, valves, sprinklers, drip lines, controllers, pumps).
Translate 2D irrigation drawings and hydraulic calculations into 3D models.
Perform clash detection and coordinate with landscape, civil, MEP, and utility models using Navisworks.
Produce irrigation shop drawings, sections, and details per BEP requirements.
Maintain BIM standards, libraries, and irrigation component parameters.
