Job summary

Gardinia Contracting in Dubai seeks an experienced BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate landscape BIM models across UAE projects, ensuring seamless integration with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

You will implement the BIM Execution Plan, enforce LOD standards, and supervise CDE data, coordinating meetings with internal teams and external consultants to drive timely clash resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of BIM coordination experience, with dedicated landscape project exposure.
• Proven experience in UAE contracting environment is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
• Solid knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650), BEP development, and CDE management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee landscape BIM models across projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary clash detection and coordination between landscape, architectural, structural, and MEP models.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and LOD requirements.
• Manage model data within the CDE with proper version control and data integrity.
• Chair BIM coordination meetings and design reviews with internal teams and external consultants.
• Review landscape drawings, sections, details, and quantity take-offs for accuracy.
• Liaise with site teams and consultants to resolve design and construction queries.
• Track and report BIM coordination progress, issues, and resolutions.

As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating landscape BIM models and workflows across live UAE-based real estate and community development projects, ensuring seamless integration between landscape, architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines within a contracting environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee landscape BIM models developed by modelers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards
• Lead multidisciplinary clash detection and coordination between landscape, architectural, structural, and MEP models
• Develop, implement, and monitor adherence to the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and LOD requirements
• Manage model data within the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring proper version control and data integrity
• Chair and coordinate BIM coordination meetings, design reviews, and clash resolution sessions with internal teams and external consultants
• Review landscape working drawings, sections, details, and quantity take-offs for accuracy and completeness
• Liaise with site teams, landscape architects, and consultants to resolve design and construction-stage queries
• Track and report BIM coordination progress, issues, and resolutions to project management
• Ensure compliance with client and company BIM standards (ISO 19650) throughout project lifecycle
• Support procurement and site teams with model-derived data for material scheduling and cost estimation
• Mentor and guide BIM modelers on landscape modeling standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in BIM coordination, with dedicated experience on landscape projects
• Proven experience working within contracting firms in the UAE is mandatory
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Navisworks
• Sound knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650), BEP development, and CDE management
• Strong understanding of landscape construction methods, materials, and site execution in a contracting context
