Job summary

Azizi Group is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeler High Voltage (HV) to support the design and coordination of high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects. You will develop accurate 3D models and produce coordinated drawings while ensuring compliance with project standards and industry codes.

You will collaborate with electrical engineers, civil teams, and stakeholders to maintain HV BIM models, perform clash detection, and generate construction documentation from BIM models.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7–8 years of BIM modeling experience in HV/substation projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; Navisworks preferred.
• Strong understanding of HV equipment layouts, cable routing, and substation design.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and documentation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
• Experience with international power utility standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for HV substations, switchyards, and transmission systems.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using BIM software (e.g. Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks).
• Coordinate with electrical engineers, civil teams, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain BIM models for HV substations switchyards and transmission systems.

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using BIM software (e.g. Revit Civil 3D Navisworks).

• Coordinate with electrical engineers civil teams and multidisciplinary stakeholders.

• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards LOD requirements and QA/QC procedures.

• Participate in clash detection and resolve coordination issues.

• Extract quantities and generate construction documentation from BIM models.

Requirements
