Job summary

ARENGY is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler – ELV Systems in Dubai to support development and coordination of BIM models for large-scale ELV projects.

You will model CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, Fire Alarm, BMS, and related systems using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo, ensuring accuracy, coordination with MEP, architecture, and project stakeholders, and adherence to BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Immediate / 2 weeks availability required.
• Minimum 3 years BIM modeling experience.
• Experience in ELV, low-current, telecom, security systems, or MEP systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo.
• Experience modeling ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS, containment, conduits, and cable routing.
• Experience using Dynamo for BIM automation, model data management, parameter updates, schedule support, and repetitive modeling tasks.
• Good understanding of BIM workflows and coordination requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for ELV / low-current systems.
• Model systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address / Voice Alarm, Fire Alarm, BMS, telecom containment, conduits, cable trays, panels, devices, and equipment layouts.
• Prepare drawings, layouts, schedules, and model outputs as required.
• Prepare and update 3D models using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo.
• Use Dynamo to support model automation, repetitive task optimization, data extraction, parameter management, and model quality checks.
• Support clash detection and coordination with other disciplines such as MEP, architecture, civil, and infrastructure.
• Ensure BIM models are accurate, complete, and aligned with project requirements.
• Update models based on design changes, coordination comments, and project team feedback.
• Maintain proper model organization, naming conventions, tagging, parameters, and documentation.
• Follow project BIM standards, workflows, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and BIM team members to resolve modeling issues.

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler – ELV Systems to support the development and coordination of BIM models for large-scale projects in Dubai.

The role will focus on creating accurate BIM models for ELV / low-current systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, Fire Alarm, BMS, telecom containment, and related systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo, with the ability to work closely with BIM coordinators, engineers, and project stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Strong Dynamo scripting capability for Revit automation.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and project documentation requirements.
• Experience working with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud or other Common Data Environment platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and system layouts.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Ability to create or modify Revit families for ELV devices, panels, containment, and equipment.
