Job summary

Black & Grey HR, a UAE-based partner for a leading construction and infrastructure company in Dubai, seeks a BIM Modeler - Fit-Out. You will build and update detailed BIM models for interior projects using Revit, coordinate with architectural, MEP, and structural teams, and produce shop drawings and schedules.

Applicants should have 5+ years of BIM modelling experience, strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, and the ability to interpret architectural drawings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler with fit-out/interior projects
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for fit-out and interior projects using Revit
• Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, sections, elevations, details, and schedules from BIM models
• Coordinate architectural, MEP, structural, and specialist fit-out models
• Identify clashes and support resolution process
• Maintain model revisions and project documentation
• Assist with quantity extraction and schedules
