Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking a BIM Modeler – Fit-Out to develop accurate BIM models and detailed fabrication drawings for modular PODs and interior components in our Dubai-based Interior Factory.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and production teams to ensure precise documentation and on-site/install-ready deliverables, leveraging Revit and Navisworks to resolve clashes and support prefabrication workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BIM/Revit modeling, preferably within fit-out, modular, prefabrication, or construction environments.
• Experience in PODs/modular construction or fit-out is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Navisworks and clash detection is an advantage.
• Good understanding of fit-out detailing, construction methods, shop drawings, and material coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM/Revit models for modular PODs and fit-out components.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation.
• Model architectural fit-out elements, including walls, ceilings, flooring, joinery, doors, sanitary fixtures, and other interior components.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to ensure seamless integration.
• Identify and resolve clashes, design discrepancies, and constructability issues.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project requirements and factory production standards.
• Incorporate design revisions and maintain accurate model information throughout the project.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, production teams, and site teams.
• Support quantity take-offs, material schedules, and BIM documentation.
• Assist the production team by providing accurate and practical information for off-site manufacturing and on-site installation.
• Ensure drawings and models are issued accurately and within required deadlines.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a BIM Modeler – Fit‑Out to join our Interior Factory team. The role will focus on developing accurate BIM models, shop drawings, and detailed fit‑out documentation for prefabricated and modular PODs, supporting efficient factory production and site installation.

Experience in fit‑out is preferred. Candidates with strong experience in villa, residential, or hospitality fit‑out projects will also be considered.
