Job summary

Gardinia Contracting, the fully integrated construction powerhouse behind Azizi Developments, seeks a Landscape BIM Modeler to develop and maintain landscape BIM models in Revit for high‑rise towers and large-scale landscape projects.

You will produce plans, sections, elevations and construction details based on IFC/GFC drawings and coordinate with architectural, structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, BIM, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler with specific Landscape BIM experience.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and experience developing landscape models.
• Experience modelling both hardscape and softscape elements.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection processes.
• Ability to prepare BIM drawings, schedules, quantities and construction documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in BIM modelling.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.
• English language proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed landscape plans, sections, elevations and construction details based on IFC/GFC drawings.
• Model hardscape elements including paving, kerbs, steps, ramps, planter walls, seating and other external features.
• Model softscape elements including trees, shrubs, groundcovers and planting areas.
• Coordinate landscape BIM models with architectural, structural, MEP and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Prepare BIM drawings, schedules, quantities and technical documentation for construction and submission purposes.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM standards, specifications and design requirements.
• Review and update models based on design revisions, site requirements and project coordination comments.
• Support the project team with BIM-related technical queries and coordination requirements.
• Maintain accurate model information and ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs in line with project schedules.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in BIM modelling.
• Ability to understand design requirements and translate them into accurate 3D models.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.
• Experience working on high-rise towers, podiums, villas and large-scale landscape projects will be highly preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• English language proficiency is mandatory.
