Job summary

LEOS International is seeking a senior BIM Lead to develop and enforce BIM standards aligned with ISO 19650, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across complex projects. You will drive BEP creation, model audits, and data-driven delivery of LOD 400 interior fit-out models.

The role requires 8+ years of BIM experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to mentor teams, coordinate with architects, contractors, and QS professionals, and continuously advance digital delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM best practices.
• Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Experience with LOD 400 interior fit-out coordination.
• Knowledge of CostX and model-based quantity take-offs is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership, training, and stakeholder management skills.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company BIM standards, workflows, and best practices in line with ISO 19650 and international BIM protocols.
• Prepare and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) while overseeing project models to ensure data accuracy, coordination, and efficient project delivery.
• Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality assurance reviews to maintain the highest standards across all project stages.
• Lead BIM adoption through technical guidance, mentoring, and support, including the delivery of regular BIM CPD sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and QS teams to ensure seamless multidisciplinary collaboration and delivery of detailed LOD 400 interior fit-out models.
• Partner with the Quantity Surveying team to establish BIM data structures that support integration with CostX and other cost management platforms, enabling model-based quantity take-offs, cost planning, and BOQ preparation.
• Evaluate and implement emerging BIM technologies, tools, and workflows to enhance project efficiency and digital delivery capabilities.
• Monitor BIM deliverables, reporting, and information management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
