Damac is seeking a BIM Lead with a strong mechanical engineering background to spearhead the data centre design team in Dubai.

You will lead BIM and CAD delivery from concept through issued-for-construction drawings, coordinate HVAC and MEP systems, and establish standards and QA processes to ensure project success.

Strong collaboration with engineering, operations and project management is essential, as is mentoring junior engineers and ensuring model integrity across disciplines.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 10+ years in BIM, CAD and engineering design.
• Experience leading BIM and CAD teams and recent data centre design work, ideally hyperscale.
