Job summary

Inspire Selection invites experienced BIM leaders to join a forward-thinking engineering team in Sharjah. You will oversee a BIM group of 10+ modellers/coordinators, drive delivery planning and ensure QA/QC sign-off on models and drawings.

The role emphasizes BIM governance, BEP development, ISO 19650 workflows, and robust use of ACC/BIM 360 for data management, with strong collaboration across engineers and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a BIM team and delivering model sign-off.
• Knowledge of BEP and ISO 19650 workflows.
• Experience with CDE (ACC/BIM 360) and model coordination.
• Ability to establish BIM standards and templates.
• Understanding of MIDP/TIDP/LOD/LOI.
• Familiarity with clash detection and model audits.
• Experience with digital handover and as-built management.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM team and oversee workload allocation and delivery planning.
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEP) and governance.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams for model coordination.
• Own QA/QC and final sign-off on models and drawings.
• Train, mentor and upskill BIM staff for performance growth.
• Manage data in CDE (ACC/BIM 360) and support digital handover.
