Develop and coordinate detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit in compliance with project specifications and international BIM standards. Work closely with architectural, structural and MEP discipline teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks, identifying and resolving design conflicts at early stages of construction. Update BIM models regularly based on client comments, design revisions and real‑time site conditions. Develop and coordinate detailed MEP BIM models across LOD 300 to LOD 400 using industry standards, ensuring accurate spatial coordination and clash‑free integration of services. Prepare and update plumbing system models including water supply, drainage and sanitary layouts, ensuring compliance with project specifications, design drawings and international BIM standards. Prepare high‑quality shop drawings, coordinated drawings and as‑built documentation for construction and handover purposes. Provide technical support to site teams by resolving coordination issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, BEP, company standards and international construction codes throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure accurate integration and clash‑free MEP designs within BIM environments. Perform clash detection and resolution using BIM coordination tools to minimize design conflicts during construction stages. Update and revise BIM models based on client feedback, site conditions and engineering design changes. Support project teams by extracting BOQ schedules and technical data from BIM models to improve project planning and execution efficiency.
