Job summary

Depa Group seeks an experienced BIM engineer to develop Revit plug-ins, automate BIM data management, and create Dynamo scripts for interior fit-out projects. You will model complex interiors, collaborate with BIM and engineering teams, and drive efficiencies across project workflows.

The role requires leadership of BIM Modelers, mentoring juniors, and ensuring BIM standards. A Civil/Architecture/Interior Design background is preferred with 5+ years in BIM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience.
• Preferably within the Interior Fit-Out industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline.
• Diploma holders with strong experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Revit plug-ins and add-ins using Revit API and Visual Studio.
• Create and maintain automation tools and BIM data management solutions.
• Develop Dynamo scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Build and manage highly detailed BIM models for complex interior fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with BIM and Engineering teams to automate repetitive processes and improve project delivery.
• Produce construction documentation schedules, quantity take-offs and shop drawings.
• Support quality control and BIM standards compliance across project deliverables.
• Mentor and guide BIM Modelers and Junior BIM Modelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom Revit plug-ins and add-ins using C Revit API and Visual Studio
• Create and maintain automation tools and BIM data management solutions
• Develop Dynamo scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Build and manage highly detailed BIM models for complex interior fit-out projects
• Collaborate with BIM and Engineering teams to automate repetitive processes and improve project delivery
• Produce construction documentation schedules quantity take-offs and shop drawings
• Support quality control and BIM standards compliance across project deliverables
• Mentor and guide BIM Modelers and Junior BIM Modelers

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Dynamo
• Experience with C NET Framework and Revit API
• Knowledge of Visual Studio
• Understanding of BIM standards LOD shared parameters and naming conventions
• Familiarity with Python JSON XML and BIM data management tools is a plus
