Job summary

Vertiv in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to create accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for busbar routes in commercial and data center buildings. You will work closely with mechanical design engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet agency standards and customer requirements.

The role requires 3+ years of BIM coordination experience, proficiency in Revit and NavisWorks, and strong communication skills to manage

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years BIM Coordinator experience on data center/high-rise projects.
• Proficient in 3D modelling and 2D drafting using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong BIM workflow knowledge and ISO 19650 familiarity.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, SLDs, blueprints and specs.
• Excellent communication and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D busbar models and 2D shop drawings per project.
• Review project steps with the team to meet customer requirements.
• Track BOQ changes with Design Manager.
• Communicate drawing discrepancies to ensure quality.
• Prepare site measurements from inputs provided by Design Manager.
• Maintain zero design errors and proper drawing locations.
• Adhere to HSE and equal opportunity policies.
