Job summary

Vertiv in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE seeks a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator/BIM Modeller to create accurate 2D drawings and 3D busbar models for commercial and data center projects. You will work under the BIM Manager and collaborate with mechanical engineers, project managers and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet agency, industry and customer requirements.

You will manage multiple projects, review drawings, keep BOQ updates, and strive for zero design errors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as BIM Coordinator/Modeller.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and 2D drafting using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM workflows.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D busbar layouts and 2D shop drawings based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with project team to meet customer requirements and delivery dates.
• Track BOQ changes and communicate updates to BIM Manager.
• Prepare site measurements and ensure drawings are approved by BIM Manager.
• Adhere to HSE policies and company guidelines.
