Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to develop Revit MEP models and shop drawings for the assigned discipline. You will coordinate with architectural, structural, and other trades to deliver clash-free, construction-ready information.

Responsibilities include updating models, performing Navisworks clash reviews, and producing plans and as-built documentation while maintaining BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of Revit MEP modelling experience in at least one relevant discipline: mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing/drainage, or fire protection.
• Strong knowledge of your primary discipline, with the ability to coordinate its interfaces with other MEP systems and trades.
• Experience preparing coordinated construction and as-built drawings and communicating issues to engineers and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Revit MEP models and shop drawings for the assigned MEP discipline or systems, using approved design information and project BIM standards.
• Coordinate service routes, levels, access, and maintenance clearances with architectural, structural, civil, and landscape models.
• Review clashes in Navisworks, track technical queries, and incorporate engineer-approved resolutions, consultant comments, and verified site changes.
• Produce plans, sections, details, schedules, and as-built documentation; check model parameters, drawing revisions, and quality prior to submission.
