Job summary

HyperSpace in Dubai seeks an experienced Architectural BIM lead to drive concept-to-completion designs. You will create accurate 3D models, coordinate BIM across disciplines, and ensure compliance with local regulations. The role requires strong Revit and AutoCAD skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

You will collaborate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to deliver immersive venues that align with project milestones and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 8–10 years of architectural design experience with hands-on Revit modeling in the UAE or similar markets.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
• Experience with BIM workflows, model coordination, clash detection, and validation.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and local approvals.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural design projects from concept through completion.
• Develop accurate 3D models and detailed drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate BIM models with structural, MEP, AVL, and other disciplines.
• Lead design reviews, clash detection, and issue resolution.
• Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
• Produce fully coordinated drawings and maintain BIM libraries.
