BIM Architect – UAE (Revit, Green Design, Onsite)

Job summary

Global green consults in the UAE seeks an Architect to develop architectural concepts, detailed designs and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit. You will coordinate BIM models through all project stages and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE building codes.

You will work on residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across Ajman and Dubai, collaborating with structural and MEP teams, supporting approvals, and participating in site visits to resolve design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of professional architectural experience in the UAE.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, and authority approval procedures.
• Knowledge of green building standards and sustainable design principles.
• Strong skills in architectural design, detailing, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects in the UAE.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 is preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D visualization is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, coordination, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare and coordinate BIM models throughout all project stages.
• Ensure designs comply with UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and applicable local authority requirements.
• Integrate sustainable and green building principles into project designs.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other multidisciplinary consultants.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Support authority submissions, approvals, and project documentation.
• Participate in site visits and resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Work on projects located across Ajman and Dubai.
