Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance (Billing & Tax) within UAE.
• Experience in VAT and Excise Reconciliation and Compliance.
• Ability to conduct job reconciliations and ensure documentation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform billing process for Contract Logistics principals.
• Ensure complete documentation for job folders and prepare invoices.
• Assist credit control in collecting pending payments and resolving disputes.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Excellent English communication skills

Understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Education

B. Com / MSc or industry-related degree
