Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a senior leader to drive billing accuracy and operational support within the Offshore Logistics Business Unit. The role requires coordinating internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to align processes with objectives and compliance standards.

A hands-on leader will manage complex billing and business support functions and guide policy development. The position emphasizes strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on maximum resource

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Maritime, Shipping, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics or equivalent.
8–10 years of Oil & Gas experience with at least 5 years in business support, contract management & commercial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
Proven leadership with mentorship, conflict resolution, and team-building capability.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead Business Support team to ensure clients are billed accurately for services and products.
Manage all billing cycles in line with contractual terms and escalate issues as needed.
Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships for long-term partnerships.
Coordinate communication and monitor value realization within Offshore Logistics.
Ensure invoicing processes align with safety standards and internal controls across units.
