Job summary

ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) is seeking a Billing and Operational Support Lead within the Offshore Logistics Business Unit in Abu Dhabi. You will drive efficient, accurate billing, coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, and Operations, and lead a team to optimize resource use and costs.

The role requires 8–10 years in Oil & Gas with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure compliance and value realization across all client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in Oil & Gas with at least 5 years in business support, contract management, or commercial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Proven leadership for team building, mentorship, and conflict resolution.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities under tight deadlines.
• Analytical and proactive problem solving for billing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Support team to ensure accurate client billing per tariff and deadlines.
• Manage billing cycles, escalate issues, and align with contractual terms.
• Build strong client/vendor relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with Offshore Logistics to monitor value realization and invoicing.
• Ensure deliveries and invoicing processes meet HSE, accuracy, and completeness.
• Review sales orders/SES and verify services meet requirements.
• Provide regular financial reporting: budgets, actuals, forecasts, trends.
• Advise on cost savings and project business cases.
