ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking a senior leader to drive the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of billing and operational support within the Offshore Logistics Business Unit. You will lead a team, coordinate with internal groups and clients, and ensure compliant, value-driven operational processes aligned with the division's strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Maritime, Shipping, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or equivalent.
• 8-10 years in Oil & Gas with at least five years in business support, contract management & commercial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Proven leadership capabilities with focus on team building, mentorship, and conflict resolution.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address billing and operational challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Business Support team to ensure clients are billed accurately for all services and products.
• Manage all billing cycles in line with contractual terms and resolve billing issues.
• Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Oversee communication, lock down and monitoring of value realization within Offshore Logistics.
• Ensure invoicing aligns with all customer deliveries and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with business units to ensure internal controls are followed and services are accurate.
• Review and approve sales orders for respective units.
• Administer customer billing by timely issuing sales orders and SES.
• Review business cases to ensure financial viability and track supplier charges.
• Advise on savings calculations and project business cases.
• Provide regular financial reporting including budgets, forecasts and trends.
• Collaborate with Offshore Logistics and Finance to implement allocation mechanisms.
• Guide Business Support Team in queries from stakeholders.
