Job summary

AL Feel Trading LLC in Dubai is seeking a Billing Assistant to generate invoices from POs, delivery notes and sales records, ensuring complete supporting documents. You will enter material details into the ERP, reconcile invoices and support accounts receivable activities.

The role requires fast, accurate data entry, strong numerical skills and proficiency with MS Excel and ERP systems. Familiarity with Odoo is a plus. You will work closely with accounts, warehouse and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year GCC experience in billing, invoicing, or data entry.
• Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to enter material details accurately into billing software or ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and billing procedures.
• Knowledge of import and export documentation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Odoo software will be an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to coordinate with accounts, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams.
• Fast and accurate data entry.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn company procedures and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices based on purchase orders, delivery notes and sales transactions.
• Enter material details, quantities and rates into the billing system.
• Handle import/export billing entries and maintain documentation.
• Verify invoice details against POs and delivery notes, coordinate corrections.
• Record payments, update accounts receivable, and follow up outstanding balances.
• Assist with billing inquiries, invoice corrections and account statements.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing reports as required.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices and related transactions; other duties.
